We want you to love your Pet Klean™ Finger Wipes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
✔ Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✔ Bundles that include multiple items must be returned in full—individual items from bundles cannot be returned separately.
Note: Used or opened packs of Pet Klean™ Finger Wipes are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@PetKlean.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
📩 In your email, include:
✔ Your order number
✔ The reason for your return
Once you receive your RMA number:
📦 Carefully package the item(s).
🚚 Ship them back to us at the address provided by our support team.
📢 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
✔ No restocking fees apply.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please specify your preference when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once the returned item(s) are received and verified. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right!

We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
To ensure a smooth return process, always contact us before shipping any item back. Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address from our support team.
